Billing Transparency and Patient Financial Information

At 1 True Health Care Management, we are committed to providing transparent and straightforward information about medical costs to ensure our patients can make informed decisions about their healthcare. Below is an overview of our billing practices and patient financial policies.

Understanding Your Charges

1 True Health California PC, the medical practice with which we collaborate, determines the charges for medical services. As an administrative partner, 1 True Health Care Management facilitates billing and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, including federal and state laws.

In compliance with California and Texas state laws and the federal No Surprises Act, we provide the following information to assist you:

Good Faith Estimate (GFE)

If you are uninsured or choose to self-pay, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected costs of your medical services.

  • How to Request a GFE: You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service by emailing us at billing@1thcm.com
  • No Surprises Act: For insured patients, we aim to avoid unexpected bills by verifying your coverage and sharing cost estimates whenever possible.

For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises

Standard Charges for Services

To promote pricing transparency, we make available a list of standard charges for services provided by 1 True Health California PC.

  • These include: Gross charges (before any discounts)

You can access our Charge Master here, which includes commonly used services like office visits, RPM, and CCM.

Depending on your treatment plan, you may receive separate bills for services rendered. These could include:

  • Medical services provided by 1 True Health California PC.
  • Ancillary services such as imaging, labs, or other diagnostics.
